  • What do you want to do different in ministry 2021?

  • What is alive in your ministry that wasn’t pre-COVID?

  • How is your ministry changing in 2021? As you contemplate reopening, what new vision are you holding?

  • How are you managing self-care?

  • What board “issues” are alive for you if any?

  • What do you require to move your ministry forward?

  • What are you ready to leave behind?

  • What is the highest ideal being called forth from all that you experienced?
