Andrea has been a member of Unity of New Braunfels since 2014. She has served for seven years as the coordinator of UNB’s relationship with Family Promise of Greater New Braunfels, which utilizes the resources of local churches to assist homeless families in regaining their independence.

Since 2019, she and her husband have owned Magnet Properties, a real estate company focused on residential rental homes and property management. Previously, she worked for fifteen years in client/vendor relations for a third-party benefit administrator before leaving the workforce to raise a family. Over the years, Andrea has taken on multiple volunteering roles with various non-profit organizations, including with Greenville Literacy Association, RESOLVE, Prevent Blindness Texas, Chosen Care, TexasPTA, Meals on Wheels and Comal County Senior Citizens Foundation. In March 2021, she started Fleur Foundation, a fund that provides grants to non-profits addressing food insecurity, homelessness and lack of health care.

Andrea earned her B.A. in English from the University of Texas at Austin and her M.B.A. from Loyola University Chicago. Andrea grew up in Chicago and has also lived in South Carolina and New York. She currently resides in New Braunfels, Texas with her husband and three children.
